I moved from a larger house to a townhouse where the living and dining room is on the second floor. Although the movers got the buffet up the stairs, they could not get the hutch up the staircase onto the second floor due to the tight spacing on the landing and staircase. I contacted the high-end store where I purchased the buffet, hutch and server and was told they could not help me, but I could purchase another piece, and put my buffet and hutch on consignment, which was not the solution I was looking for. I called a number of furniture repair company who told me they could not do the work, or it was too time consuming, or they would not accept any kind of liability for anything going wrong. I finally found Eurocraft and spoke with Rafael and George. They came to my home to look at the piece, they devised a plan of action on how to take apart the hutch and put it back together, taking into consideration that should I decide to move again, I would not want to repeat the same ordeal. They did the work within the timeframe that they promised, the price was not cheap, but it was reasonable, the service was fantastic, and most importantly the hutch looks truly wonderful, and since it goes with the entire dining room set, they saved me having to find another buffet and hutch, to match my server and dining room table. I would absolutely recommend them, especially for any challenging and out of the ordinary jobs.
