My toilet was making strange noises & Alex was the 1st to respond to my request. He diagnosed it correctly over the phone as he told me it was most likely the shutoff valve inside the toilet & quoted me the price ($198 +tax). If it was the valve outside, there would be an additional charge but he'd only replace that if necessary. (It was not necessary.) He told me he would not charge extra although it was a holiday (Canada Day.) He arrived promptly the next day. He was friendly and considerate (my husband is a night shift worker and was sleeping.) He also put on booties to protect my floors. He worked quickly and professionally replacing the inside valve and did the job. He also gave me some advice (the handle is metal, heavy & tends to pull on the lever and therefore on the flapper.) I'd highly recommend him.

Milestones did a great job. We needed our eavestrough (with gutter guards) replaced as quickly as possible. They gave us a reasonable quote and suggested relocating the downspout .(It was discharging onto the driveway, creating an ice patch in the winter.) They were able to get it replaced quickly. Their staff were efficient and polite and worked with us to find the ideal spot for the downspout discharge. They left the job site clean and tidy. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I moved to a renovated house - we noticed a cold draft coming from the stove hood in the basement kitchen. As well, both exhaust pipes were not properly insulated. We called Oleg who came out at looked at them and gave us an estimate as the incorrect exhaust vents had been installed. His team came out, insulated the exhaust pipes and replaced vents with the correct vents. They also put a vent cover on our dryer exhaust (which was under a large porch). We found them very helpful, professional in contrast to many HVAC companies (who don't even reply to requests). We would definitely use them again for any other HVAC needs we might have. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this company. My husband and I moved to another house and had a list of items we wanted done prior to move in. The items included removing metal bars from a bedroom window, removing some baseboards, assembling & installing medicine cabinets, installing shelving, shortening a stair railing, caulking and creating a door to the basement apt where previously there was only an open passageway. (It required drywalling, framing, installing the door & handle and trimming it.). Matt and his team were a joy to work with, they did an excellent job and worked quickly and neatly. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the cost was very reasonable for about a day and half of work. (The drywalling required several applications over a couple of days.) Attached is a photo of the door prior to painting. We highly recommend Matt and his company for all of your handyman needs. A+ UPDATE: I used Matt again for 2 small jobs this time: moving a hose reel outside (which involved drilling into brick) and replacing a door handle with a keyed handle. As before, he worked quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend. SECOND UPDATE: My neighbour noticed the eavestrough at the back of the house was coming loose (Matt fixed the eavestrough at the front when we first moved here). I called Matt and he fixed it this morning along with the flashing that unknown to me was also coming loose. Matt as before, worked quickly and a did a great job. (it was $135.25 total). Our family highly recommended him and his company.

We hired Europa for 2 moves in short succession -the first was for my daughter & son-in-law's move (1 bedroom apt), the second was for my husband and myself. Both crews were fast, efficient and personable. They moved our belongings with care and we were very pleased with both moves. Our daughter's move was about $700 and our was about $1400. There were no hidden charges and Europa made moving stressfree. We'd highly recommend them.
