At every step of the way, the people at Mosaic have far exceeded our expectations and consistently raise the bar with regards to home quality and customer service. From the staff at the display home to the Mosaic Customer Care reps, everyone we have spoken with or met in person has been extremely friendly, professional and have repeatedly delivered far beyond anything we had hoped for. The few and minor deficiencies were dealt with by Mosaic quickly and efficiently and the quality of work is that which a builder would put in to his or her own home. Having purchased from other well known builders in Vancouver, our only regret is not having bought a Mosaic home years ago. We have recommended this development, and the company in general, to countless friends and family members alike and will unquestionably purchase a Mosaic home again in the future.
