We had Versatile Renovations completed 2 bathroom renovations for us and we couldn't be happier. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. From the first visit when Herb came to the house to give us a quote to the final touch ups, we found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional with a high level of craftmanship. Trista was always available for us when we had questions about timelines, pricing (and even bath tub sourcing), Herb was great during the quote and measuring phases and Mark was amazing to work with. Through the process of 2 bathrooms, Mark and his team did great work while being as quiet as possible, always making sure that the work site was clean at the end of the day and did their best to accommodate changes or alterations to the original plan. Mark always made sure that we were happy with the progress before moving onto the next step. At times, we asked for something to be altered and we could tell that he was skilled enough to be able to make it happen! The transformations they made in each of our bathrooms are greater than we could have ever imagined! We have already referred VR to many friends and will continue to do so!

From first communication to finished product, we have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, quality of service and craftsmanship that Mark and Tamara brought to our projects. After seeing our vision, they delivered something that far exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail, high standards for product and amazing workmanship. Every step of the way, they would make sure we were happy with the progress and their level of expertise showed when they would troubleshoot areas that could be designed differently to better suit our needs. They never cut corners or made false promises. It was a pleasure to work with them both. Our kids (and dog!) miss them already!

We have been 100% satisfied with Platinum Pro Painting from our initial contact with Chris all the way to our final walk through with Frank. Chris was always available to answer questions, supply information and send doxuments. Frank and his crew were professional, friendly, hard working and exceptionally talented. They prepped, painted and completed the entire main floor in 5 days. The work site was clean, tidy and they respected the space always. We look forward to working with them again and would definitely request Frank!
