We recently rrequested Crowfoot to replace the springs and cable on one of our doors which receives the most use. The service tech agreed that it was a good idea to replace the springs, given their age, but did not think it was worthwhile replacing the cable, since no rust was visible. He did, however, suggest replacing the main shaft and 3 bearings along with the rollers, which now have sealed bearings We also had an outside keyboard installed. We are extremely satisfied with the work

Blain came out and provided a written estimate. He was able to come the very next day to complete the job. Blain was knowledgable and provided excellent service. He removed an extra "tree" and cuttings at no extra cost. We were very pleased with his work.

Tim Kowalyk provided excellent guidance and service in restricting our hallway carpet which had a number of "bubbles". Tim advised us that, due to the degradation of the carpet underlay in most of the high traffic areas, it would be risky to attempt a restricted. He did repair an area close to a seam and the result was excellent. We highly recommend tim's service for this type of carpet issue.
