I was in a dilemma between replacement and repair of my cedar roof. Building inspector says it has some life left, we moved in and there's a minor leak observed in the ceiling. Started going down the list on Homestars, all parties commented that my roof has good cedar, but none suggested a repair and instead quoted me for a full replacement. Then comes Accountable Roofing, explained the issue(s) with my roof and how it can be repaired to avoid a costly full replacement. The repair procedure was explained carefully and written clearly on the quote. After mutual agreement, Accountable came in and made corrections to the area of weakness, while also helped drained my gutters. Photos and explanation was shown to me for the work that was performed. Also provided tips on future maintenance Derek at Accountable claims he will stand by his repair work and offered me to call at any time if there are any issues.
