I found them on homestars and decided to book them. As I have a young child and another on the way it's challenging to find time to do a complete clean of my house. Rondine came over 5 minutes earlier, made sure to get to the priority areas we wanted cleaned and was even more thorough than I expected. would recommend the company. One thing that I didn't expect but should have, was that they would be using your cleaning materials, so make sure you have everything needed (cleaning towels, soaps, etc.)

Kevin and Tony started working on our house at the end of the summer of 2017. It was an old house and we wanted to gain a bit more ceiling height and to actually use the basement (it was both unfinished and essentially a storage room before). Kevin and Tony were very helpful in explaining the process and making us feel at ease to go through with the underpinning. The only thing is that it took a lot longer than we expected to complete. We had hoped to finish off the underpinning by winter time and even lined up a contractor but we were not able to meet that timeline. We had planned for a 4 month underpinning process (not including a walk out that they were also doing) but it took double that amount of time to complete. Also the communication was challenging, it took several months and many calls/voicemails and emails to get updates which was extremely frustrating. I was very happy with helpful Kevin and Tony were during the whole process and making me feel at ease that they were doing the best work possible. If I were to work with them again in the future would definitely set up some more realistic timelines and have better communication. We are generally happy with the underpinning work (we are only about 2 months into living in the space)

Overall I am very happy with the service I got. The downside is that the solution to my problem was to get a new dryer or replace a very costly part. But the service provided to get to that conclusion was great. They basically tested the whole machine. Disassembled everything, spent the right amount of time testing and trailing our machine. It would only functioning in 10 minute increments. I would call them again even through I wasn’t able to get to the outcome I was hoping for.

I called this company thinking that they would give me professional service. While the repair man was nice enough, all he did was move my fridge, check out the motor and then charged me $400 for saying that nothing is wrong. He then went on to say that I could try to replace the motor for $350 but it wouldn't guarantee that the fridge would work. Ridiculous. I decided to get a new fridge rather than pay these people again. Happy with my new fridge, extremely unhappy with the service.
