I am the owner of Premier Pool Group, I have diligently worked with Hotwire Electric on a few pools, recently we worked on one in etobicoke the scope of work was extensive consisting of Project to include as follows: trench 70 ft wire required for ps4 panel connection for ps4 panel included breakers connection for pump connection for salter connection to heater pool lights connection pipe 1/4 pvc to cabana from house panel All trench by contractor (other) all bonding of pool equipment to code. They ensured all was done to code and ESA inspections were passed each step of the way. They are friendly and professional and treat my clients the way I would want them to be treated. We contacted Tarcon Construction a week before the Christmas holiday to come to one our our construction site and go over the details of the project at hand. When we called, we left a message to contact us back as this was a very time sensitive project. Our client had some work done earlier from a different supplier whom was taking too long to finish the job at hand and without the proper Permits. John returned our call within the hour of leaving him a message and scheduled the initial meeting the next day. Once on site, he took a few hours to measure the entire property so that the City of Toronto would have updated plans on the property and to help Fast Track our Permit so we could begin the work. Within the same week he had our site plans drawn up and confirmed with us in person the design so he could hand in the permit application. John took care of everything from A to Z including paying for the Permit and the Fast Track. We felt very comfortable giving him a deposit of $1000.00 for him to proceed with his work. After he submitted the drawings and plans for our project, he called us to ensure everything was going as planned and that we should receive a email from the City of Toronto within a few short days. In less than a week, right before the Christmas rush and holidays fast approaching, we received our permit. We met up with John and he went over the final plans with us, explained every stage of the design and when we would need to call the city for inspections. He even came by the job site while we were underway removing the old improper installation & excavation and over looked some of the work we were doing and gave us some valuable advise on the build. We have already started booking more builds in our off season and look forward to working with John and Tarcon Construction in the future. If you need a very reliable company to deal with and one that gets the job done efficiently, I would recommend John anytime and have given out his name a few times already to other clients for their project needs. After going through my regular electricians we use for our clients upgrade needs, I found myself somewhat stuck betewwn a rock and a hard place. So of course I came to Homestars.com and found Rico Electric. We booked a appointment for the next day, Rico showed up at 8am as promissed and began their work, 12 hours later with no stop for lunch, Adrian and his apprentice had rewired a new service panel, 40amp outdoor breaker and hooked up a Heat Exchange Pump for our client that day without a hitch. They even made sure to relabel every circuit breaker in the house so our client would know exactly what switch did what room. They left the house clean as they found it and were very polite & professional. I highly recommend Rico Electric to Business or Home Owner to get the job done on time and on budget.
