like the previous review great ideas initially but as time when on he started not showing up non of the big ticket item arrived (all doors, windows, bathroom vanity, tiles etc..) started asking us to pay for things like the tiler and windows.... kept telling us everything was coming and extending the arrival dates of items.... also he never paid any of his electricians/plumber/tilers, all workers complaining they never got paid... where did OUR money go!!!??? so now we are stuck with an unfinished basement..... BEWARE DO NOT TRUST, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE PS WE did the painting NOT him
