We needed a unique fencing and driveway gate solution to our side yard and had a somewhat unorthodox plan. John and his team worked with us to execute the plan and work through some challenges we met along the way. In addition to being expert craftsmen, they are creative problem solvers and had no hesitation to come back a couple of times to help get things exactly as we hoped they should be. We had luxury vinyl tile laid in our side entrance, down the stairs and into our basement. The basement was a straightforward job but there were some challenges with the threshold into the house and joining the top riser to the hardwood in our kitchen. The team at Alliance went into problem solving mode and came up with creative solutions for each which work beautifully! They were prompt, quick and professional. I was impressed with the level of service and respect for my time that Atiar showed. He clearly explained the cost structure for the service call and told me he'd call when en route. He gave me a 4 hour window, and when he knew he'd be running a bit late, called to let me know. He called again about 15 minutes before arriving. He fixed the issue with my washing machine, and ran it to ensure all was well. He gave me some tips to avoid having the same thing happen again.
