It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Gena Demolition. Serhii is a standup guy, very honest and takes great pride in his work. After every day of work he and his crew cleans the jobsite so that other trades can comfortably do their work. At the end of the demo the do a very deep clean, pulling out nails and staples as they go along. Once they are done, the place is ready for floorinf, drywll etc... ive worked with Gena Demolition on 3 projects now and ive never been disappointed and know I'll be using them for many projects to come A++

last summer we had built a deck in our backyard which resulted in a large patch of dead grass approximately 18'X18'. since we were planning to put the home on the market we wanted it to show as best as possible. I contacted Ian and informed him that we were going to market in a week. He quickly requested to come by to look at the area of grass that needed replacing, gave me a quote and completed the job well ahead of time. Not only that but the quality of the job is outstanding and i'm definitely going to call on Ian and team again for the new home. It was a pleasure working with Ian as i didn't even need to be present for him to complete the work. Thanks again guys for the awesome work.
