Very quick response time and they were able to come out the same day I called them. They had all of the necessary parts to change the locks on two of our doors. They were pleasant and efficient and professional. Overall good service.

We had been hunting around for a new rug that was current and moderately priced. We had looked at several low and high end stores but could not find what we were looking for. We walked into the Upcountry and fell instantly in love with three rugs. The knowledgeable sales associates were very helpful and made our selection much easier. To top it off, they provided us with an additional discount simply because we asked for one. They really made the shopping experience great and the rug looks great in our home.
The thing that's so great about Winners is that sometimes you can find a great deal at a great price the downside is that you have to be willing to do a little rummaging and make frequent trips to the stores since their merchandise is always changing. They have a great selection of pillows and we found plenty of options that worked great with our place. The service is average since the concept of the store is that you search through the racks and shelves yourself to find a great bargain - whatever is on the floor is all the merchandise they have so if you need another size or colour you may be out of luck. If your nearby a Winners, I would definitely take the time to pop in you may find a great buy!
I am always hard-pressed to walk out of an Ikea store empty handed. They have so many great ideas that help save you time and money. Even if you're not looking for anything in particular, Ikea is a great store to browse through since you can get a lot of home decorating ideas by walking through their show rooms. The only downside is that it can be hard to find staff to help since they're usually so busy and you do have to assemble all of your own merchandise but I guess that's why they're able to keep their prices so low. Ikea is great for just about everything you're looking for!
