We are delighted with our backyard renovation which took place last year. We have a small city backyard and it was not a very nice place to hangout before the renovation. Throughout the planning process, my wife and I were very satisfied with the ideas which Greg brought to the table. The solid references helped seal the deal when we selected Hogan to undertake the construction. The deck which includes a high end BBQ, hot tub and artificial turf turned out marvelously. Dwayne Brown, one of Hogan's employees, is a gifted carpenter and had a number of very thoughtful ideas which just made out backyard look just that much better. I suppose what makes this review a 10 for me though is how Greg responded when things weren't going well. The subcontractor who started work on our site abandoned the site several times and continually missed deadlines. Luckily for us, Greg Hogan was a class act. Greg replaced the subcontractor and made sure we were happy. Several months later, after we had paid Greg in full, we started having issues with some of the LED lights in our deck. Again, Greg responded, his workers came by and replaced the lighting. Greg was also fair on pricing of upgrades. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hogan Landscaping.
