Estimate process was very clear and efficient and detailed, as I had many quotes, and Otto's Masonry is the only company that quoted concrete steps and foundation which is what I was asking for. Other companies did not provide anything close to the level of detail I wanted. The crew was super efficient and got the work done in a short time, and it was a big job so that is great. My neighbor got their steps done a few months ago and they took ages to complete the work and it was a similar rebuild. Not a 5 star review because they kept my garage door open when they were cutting stone and covered all my tools and sports equipment that was stored in there with stone dust. They also cut the buried electrical wire to my garden lamp post, and we're unable to repair it (it was an accident, and they tried to fix it, and offered some solutions but it was too late once the concrete was poured). These things happen, so not a big deal, just not a perfect experience. I would call Otto Masonry first for another job based on my overall experience with them. They were dependable, honest, and efficient, and I feel fair value for the work.

Second time I used this company. Happy the first time so I called them back to do other parts of my foundation. They were able to do the work within the week and were done in 2 days. It rained right after, and the earth settled in where they buried and they came out within a day to top it up with more crushed stone including additional where I had asked for so it would not get muddy where we walk alongside the house. I would recommend them and use them again.

Changed over my home security monitoring to TMC after many years with another company who wanted to charge me quite a bit of money to upgrade. Not only did I get a cellular monitoring system with smartphone remote access, I am still paying less than I would have paid with the other company without the upgrade. Changeover took a couple hours, but they got it all tested and setup with my existing hardware.

I had New Age Security take over my alarm system and they upgraded my system with ease and scheduled it at a time that worked best for me. My house is an older house and I got a very clean installation, and all wired. I would recommend New Age Security to family and friends! Sales guy Rino easy to work with and very helpful in understanding my needs, and Phil the technician was extremely experienced which I appreciate greatly.
