Joe picked up my cow hide rug for cleaning and returned it on schedule, looking brand new. What a beautiful job; my once dingy and matted rug was fluffy and revitalized. My mom's sheepskin rug received the same treatment and she is so pleased with the result. Thanks for the great job! Lorraine

The pipes in my home burst and through a nightmare series of events, I was left without power. I had an emergency situation involving my electrical panel and Karel(whom I'd never met before), came immediately to my assistance. He walked me through every step of the process and was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. What a blessing for me that while I was desperately scrolling through a recommended list of electricians, he was the only one that was available at the time. After dealing with Karel, the ordeal and extreme stress of the damage to my home, became much easier to bear. I have been a realtor for over 25 years and rarely come across this exemplary level of service. I discovered that Karel is not only a master electrician, but a certified gas, Hvac and generator technician as well.
