spilled a lot of mortar and made a mess. Insisted I had to be there to show them what was wrong with the job they did. When the guy came to look it took him all of 5 seconds to notice 3 or 4 things they did wrong. They did clean up most of their problems in the end. Still have mortar on my back deck though. They're also bugging me about being slow to send the cheque. Imagine how much I want to rush.

I believe that there has been some miscommunication. We schedule meetings with home owners in order to make sure that their needs are met before we receive payment. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We always follow up with our customers, as we did with you.

In this situation you did not give us the opportunity to schedule a meeting for two weeks after the work was completed which makes it harder for us to properly address your concerns.

I am very surprised to see this post, as when I talked to you on the phone you were happy with the clean up and satisfied with the work. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We appreciate your business.
