Len diagnosed our faulty air conditioner quickly and efficiently and had it working within hours. Even though he was extremely busy he fit us into his schedule and was so pleasant and helpful. We had been sweltering the past few weeks and now I'm sitting her my in lovely cool living room. I highly recommend Len's service. Above and beyond.

Very satisfied with BarbequePro. It was easy to book, they came on the day they said they would and I didn't even need to be home. As promised, our BBQ is returned to a pristine state. I'm looking forward to using it.

We're very happy with Luc's Roofing. We initially thought we had to replace the shingles on the entire front half of our house because of water damage. But Ben informed us that our shingles actually looked pretty good and suggested a less expensive alternative. We ended up hiring Luc's to re-shingle the a different part of the house. Ben also gently suggested we replace a crappy skylight...he went to get a very nice, reasonably priced skylight for us (he didn't charge us for sourcing it). The whole experience was great. Highly recommend.

Hoerner really came through for our family. We had been away on holiday for a week only to arrive back in Toronto (on a weekend) to a burst water pipe. We shut of the water and booked an "emergency plumber" (with different company) for an extortionist service fee on the promise that he would arrive within hours. He never arrived, despite repeated assurances from the company that he was coming soon. The next morning we phoned Hoerner at 8 am and told our story. Kim answered our call and was so nice that I could have hugged her. She sent Chris out immediately. He arrived less than forty-five minutes later and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. We are so happy with the service and care that Hoerner provided that we bought a 5-year membership.
