Our fireplace reno was completed in October, 2019. We installed a Napoleon Cinema Glass electric model. Used it approximately 5 months. Went to turn it on almost one year, to the day, this fall. Got an error message. Installation company came that day to check and said it was the thermostat. We tried to phone Napoleon and their service number (we actually live less than five miles from them). No answer, ever. Tried through the reno company. Scheduled service arranged for SIX weeks later, then postponed by a day. Supposed to be here this morning. It's now past noon, and still no contact or call. I'd avoid Napoleon at all costs.

We have used Butcher Furniture several times in the past, both at their main location in Hillsburgh and also the Warehouse in Orangeville. We have been absolutely satisfied every time. Their merchandise is top quality, and the staff is only too willing to help and advise. They are knowledgeable and personable. When we decided to move to a new home, they completely understood our situation and had valuable information for us. They offered to hold everything for us until it had all arrived, so that we could arrange for delivery at a convenient time for us. There is no pressure or pushiness. We'll be happy to return, if we are needing any more pieces. Their accents and home decor are also tasteful and interesting.

Our siding had warped and lifted over the years. Gary showed up promptly when expected. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable man, and gave us the best price. The work crew were on time and worked quickly. We are very pleased with the results.

I found this company on Homestars. From the minute Jason came to my home to give an estimate, there was a professional, knowledgeable feel to the interaction. He knew his stuff exceptionally well. There were samples of insulation types, a binder with photos and information for us to look at, and we felt that we were being treated very well. When the work crew arrived, the job proved a little more involved than it had seemed at first, but there was no problem, and they arrived on time, when expected, and conducted themselves in a professional manner, demonstrating great care and respect for us and our home.
