Jacob has a very professional attitude, assessed the problem, advised us of what was required, the cost detailed. Proceeded to address the problem, within the hour had the leak/noise resolved. We contacted Kelowna Refrigeration by email Saturday and our reply was received the same afternoon with a service date/time. Very impressed. Upon service being done were left with 5* for all aspects.
