Utterly disappointed in North York

Took payment and vanished Refuses to answer all communications of all forms Short changed us on materials ordered Did not pay his suppliers leading to possible liens against my home Had a childish temper tantrum on my property Over a year into this project Refuses to provide winter safety cover that has been paid for. Left his garbage all over my property front and back. This is inclusive of his employees also leaving cigarette butts and empty lunch containers.

Pool builder took payment and vanished. Now goes by CLH family pools All of his interlock has sunk and failed in weeks and he refuses to communicate regarding his several and significant deficiencies. Did not complete installing the liner and provided one that was inferior to what we ordered Had a temper tantrum on my property that was riddled with inappropriate language in the presence of my kids

All was good until they got their hands on my refundable deposit. From that point forward they have ignored all my requests so much so that I will say I have been mislead right from the get go. They stalled my permit by 6 weeks intentionally. People that are as unreasonable as pool Doctors don't deserve your business. I have Never received a price for the project, nor any form of assistance through design, and they are so seedy in their approach to business, they sent me an invoice for their unethical and unperfomed tasks. Terry and Brandon are disingenuous and not trustworthy Hahaha the invoice exceeds my deposit, and they are so kind as to let me off the remaining balance. This pool season is a write off and we are right back at square one. Disingenuous is the only thing I can say about this company at every level. Just as an FYI I live west of Toronto, but did live in beautiful North York. Based on the comment made by someone that has to be Terry or Brandon.
