We had a slow but persistent leak after rain that was showing up in a ground floor room. It was hard to know where it was originating from. Max from Twin Peaks made two visits to our home. Twice he went onto our roof and into the attic to determine the root cause. He found some detached shingles that allowed wind and rain to get underneath them, run down the attic rafters to a plumbing stack and eventually down to the ground floor ceiling. He also noted other areas on the roof that were badly shingled that may cause problems in the future. I decided to have the complete roof re-shingled. Max and his team did the complete job in one day and thoroughly cleaned the area when they had finished. The roof looks fantastic and, more importantly, no more leaks. I highly recommend Twin Peaks to anybody wanting roofing work done.

The exhaust fan for my stove was making a loud grinding noise. Milo investigated and discovered that a thin plastic butterfly flap had disintegrated and part of it was stuck in the fan. Milo explained that plastic is not the best material for this application so he designed and had made a short metal chimney stack with a metal butterfly flap. It was delivered in 2 days and fitted perfectly to the existing exhaust system. He and his assistant were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and left the work site clean and tidy.

This is the 2nd time I have used Solutions Electrical for different types of jobs. They are knowledgeable, do a great job, are courteous, polite and leave the job site clean. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
