Our dream kitchen made a reality by Sky Kitchen Cabinets
We decided on a full kitchen renovation in the Summer of 2015 and with our designer, Dal Kaur (416-277-5313) we went to several kitchen design/cabinet companies to compare their offerings, service and quality of workmanship and design. After narrowing down our choices, we went with Sky Kitchens because of the full package they were able to offer us. We were looking for a ‘turn key’ renovation so we wouldn’t have to worry about managing every little detail. As part of our initial appointment, we were very impressed with their on-site cabinet making facility, which was state of the art. They spent the time we needed with us and our designer to ensure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. When the actual renovations started, the contractor, Raja, ensured that everything was in order, paying regular visits to our home. From the electricians, to the tiler, the plumber and the installers, we were happy with the overall level of service and quality of workmanship. During the installation, the team noticed an issue with some of the panels and they were immediately replaced with new panels. Even after a couple months, we placed a service call to have some adjustments made after the cabinets and drawers had settled and within a few days, someone had come to make the necessary adjustments. We are so happy with the results of the kitchen, we never could have imagined that our old 90’s kitchen could have been transformed into the functional dream kitchen it is now. Renovations can be quite disruptive and the original quoted duration was 4 weeks (which was much shorter than all of the other quotes we received). In the end, the renovations were complete in 4 weeks and 4 days, just in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. Many thanks to Sukh, Sonika, Raj from Sky Kitchen and Dal for making this a reality.
