Had Brock windows and doors replace 4 windows in 2018. The straightforward bedroom windows were installed well and are an improvement over our old windows. The bay window at the front of the house was a completely different story. The first installer spent hours trying to install a window that didn't fit. It was obviously measured incorrectly and was sticking out of the wall about three inches at either side. Instead of ordering a new window, they opted to try and trim the incorrectly sized window which resulted in a pretty ugly box on either side of the bay window. After calling and emailing their service department repeatedly, they finally sent their measuring guy back over to measure for a new window. Four months later they return with a new window manufactured to the exact same dimensions as the first window. Their second installer didn't even unload it off the truck. Instead, he took the existing bay window apart into 3 separate windows and managed to manufacture a new bay window that fix fairly well. Not sure if this will stand the test of time but it was a vast improvement over the initial installation. Would have been a faster and more affordable solution if they had just sent someone out after our first complaint. But it took months to get a resolution and they never did follow up to find out if we were satisfied. So, I wouldn't recommend using Brock Windows based on this experience.
