"Prologic COMFORT SOLUTIONS" Hope you enjoy my little "Poem of Gratitude!" ****************************** "Prologic COMFORT SOLUTIONS" Your call- when you have no heat, When your fingers are like icicles, & you just can't feel your feet! A week of FURNACE research- 'Cuz my "PILOT" would NOT light! Cleaned parts, but still NO Fire! Tried from morning until night. Convinced it was my GAS VALVE; Too costly to repair, I'd resolved to BUY a FURNACE, Just to END my cold nightmare! Age: 27 years; my HVAC- But, I'm selling my house soon If it could only last a bit longer, I'd truly be over-the-moon! So, DECISION was MADE... Tech. instructed; venting holes to cut, Energy Auditor- coming soon- No WAIT! (Now, there's a really big "BUT!") Keith, from "Prologic", returned my call... Before THAT deal was done! Wanted to come & check things out--- I said; "Keith, I wanna meet you, PLEASE, Come!" Just as promised, in one hour Keith & Brandon did appear; 2-Knights-in-Shining-Tool-Belts... Could instantly quell my fear! So, frustrated & exhausted; My head still in a haze... Then, a sweet SURPRISE- a moment later--- MY FURNACE was all A-BLAZE!!! Turned out to be MY ERROR!!! In shock- feelin' like a Dumb-Lass! I'd failed to turn my "PILOT" dial- Far ENOUGH to OPEN UP the GAS! Stunned & super-embarrassed; Missed "The Forest for the Trees"... My "Prologic" team had a chuckle, As I nearly fell to my knees! Still wary of Winter & Safety, With my furnace being so OLD, I voiced my deepest worry; "Could I SOON be in the COLD? So, Keith performed a Check-up; Heat Exchanger, Valve & Coil... For which he removed my blower- "Rest assured; NO soot, NO soil!" To think that I almost bought NEW; @ Twenty-Five Hundred or more! When such a minor oversight... Was REALLY at the core! Beware! Unscrupulous Salesmen- Who SELL what YOU DON'T NEED! Or suggest you "Lease a System"- ALL in the name of GREED! Relieved-but, I've ruined my ceiling! T'was recently repaired by me- Keith thoughtfully cut me a patch--- Keith ROCKS! I think you'll agree! Now, MY 1st dealing with "Prologic" Did NOT involve a big SALE But, some guys would take advantage... By replacing what DID NOT FAIL! So, listen up - I'm talking to YOU! If you have any issues with TRUST, Especially gals, who feel, like me; "Peace of Mind" is an absolute MUST! Sending some "Sloppy Kisses", From 2 puppies who weathered this storm...
