It's now 1:30 in the afternoon. I called them first thing this morning, Do I need to get a stacking kit and hoses or will you bring them I asked. They said they'd get back to me. I call again at 11... they are still waiting for the Brick to call them back they say. What? I ask,,, the Brick Will Not Call you Back.. Well, they say, we're waiting another 30 minutes... Finally I call back at 1: 30 and say look, I have to know if I'm ordering this kit or not. The New lady on the phone says oh no, WE don't get those YOU have to get the kits.... BUT THEY COULD NOT SAY THAT FIRST THING THIS MORNING AND SAVE ME ALL DAY OF NOT ARRANGING MY INSTALL????????? Forget this disorganized bunch.

Hercules did a perfect job of moving our piano at a reasonable price. They were careful with everything and all our furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly call them again.
