An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jan. 27. 2016: I first came in contact with Giancarlo when I saw an ad in a flyer for a Sunroom extension which I was considering for my bungalow in Toronto. I called and met him and found out he could do entire renovations. After several discussions and seeing work he had done for other clients I hired him to do a complete renovation of the main floor of the house. This included design, demolition, new walls, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing. The result has been fantastic – a complete transformation of my 1948 home to modern standards. His workmanship and management of the project was first rate. He and his staff/trades all were highly professional, polite, very nice to work with and would go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. A job well done. I’d be very happy to have anyone come and the see the quality of their work. T. Boggs, Toronto.
