Great installation with lots of attention to detail. I didn't want to remove the baseboards but after speaking with Clinton we agreed it made sense to remove the ones that were along the wall where the last piece of wood would be installed. This still saved me a lot of time vs having to remove and then reinstall all of the baseboard. Thanks to Holli for working out a minor discrepancy on the final bill. All in all a great experience. Dino and his trade were presented with aggressive project timelines in order to coincide with kitchen cabinet installers and he was able to meet those timelines. This was a complete gut of a kitchen and Dino did a great job isolating the area and keeping the mess within the construction zone. The trades Dino used were professional and experts in their field. Dino would listen to our wants and needs and would provide feedback and ensure the direction we were suggesting met electrical and building code guidelines. Some constructive feedback would suggest that Dino clearly communicates any additional fees being incurred by the homeowner throughout the project vs. when it is near completion since those small changes can add up. Overall this was our 2nd project with Kayland Concepts and was again a pleasant experience. Thanks Dino!

Dino and his team of trades did a wonderful job of installing french doors in our living room which now gives our house a more open feeling. Dino paid close attention to our concerns and listened to our ideas with a open mind and in cases where he had other ideas (that proved to be better) he presented them very well and in a constructive manner. Kayland construction is a relatively new company that is bound to be a successful one if they continue to do the work the way they did our project. Job well done!
