We have a rental and our tenants informed us we had either racoons or squirrels nesting at the base of our chimney flue (which has been tiled closed for decades). After a week the noise persisted and decided to call these guys. Got a call back within the hour and schedule for the following day. Derek was the specialist that showed up. He was timely, very knowledgeable and also a landlord, understanding our frustration. Within the hour the trap was set and we haven't heard a thing from our tenants since. I would absolutely recommend these guys!
