About 14 years ago Danny installed a garage door for me at my home and I was thrilled with the work he had done and the price he charged me. Just last week my parents garage door broke down and needed replacing after 50 years. I thought of Danny again and boy, he didn't let us down. Danny is one of those rare finds, someone who does an amazing job, charges you an incredibly reasonable price and you think wow I want to recommend him to other people. Thanks Danny for taking such good care of my parents, Dad was thrilled too.

I ordered my counter top through Ikea since I was installing an Ikea Kitchen. Surfacing Solutions made the entire experience a breeze. Counters were installed perfectly. Couldn't find a complaint if I wanted to.

Mark and Matthew did a great job carpeting my stairs. The whole experience was great. No surprises and eagar to please. Very professional with great communication. Whould definately use his services again.

Dave and his group at Encore are amazing. They sell high quality product for a fair price and provide a lifetime warranty on their own workmanship as well as the lifetime warranty on the product they install. Installers are friendly and know their stuff. Willing to take the time to do the job right plus give that little extra that makes you feel good about your decision. Encore is the right size of company to deal with. You talk with the owner and he has the people to back him up. With Encore you are NOT lost in a sea of voicemail and automated atendants...you talk with real people who are only interested in making you a happy customer.

1. Installation was performed by a sub-contractor not by Convertible Air. Sub was great but I didn't hire a sub, I hired Convertible Air. 2. A/C unit was AirEase, yes AirEase is owned by Lennox but if Lennox didn't feel that they should put their logo on it why should Converible Air cut and paste the Lennox logo into AirEase brochure they have on their website? The tape lines are so obvious. This just smacks of dishonesty. (I didn't notice this until after my purchase). 3. They never followed up to see if I was a satisfied customer. 4. Took repeated calls and 6 months to get the A/C cover. I am not saying that they ripped me off, but when you pay top dollar you expect top service.
