I have used Patrick in the past to get my eaves and windows cleaned. He always does a meticulous job, cleaning the eaves thoroughly and leaving no debris behind. He does a great job on the windows too. With houses in close proximity to one another in our neighborhood, getting the eaves cleaned well is important. I would recommend him to anyone who wants things done well and properly.

We had Mike and his team work on our 475 sq ft basement. Mike and Aldo were very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Mike's best quality is his responsiveness - he will respond to your messages, day or night, and will take the time to come out to your house if you have concerns. Other contractors are not as diligent. We were, however, disappointed that the job took as long as it did to complete, given we had inserted a completion date in our contract and we had a small basement. If it wasn't for the timeline, we would have given him a perfect score.

I contacted Red Robin Masonry in addition to two other contractors. When they arrived at the house, they pointed out issues I hadn't noticed, and they did this in a way without making me feel pressured. They also suggested economical and logical ways of doing things particularly in areas of the foundation which were not readily seen from the front of the house. The workmen arrived on time, and were very pleasant to do with, they even added in some extra tuck pointing that they noticed could be done, since he had left over material. Great company, and I hope they continue to do well.

I have called Troy before and he was always helpful in dealing with previous pest issues. I find that this company wants to provide good service. This time there was a squirrel in our attic. Troy was able to use humane methods to have this issue resolved. If I have any more pest issues, I will call them again. Thank you for your good service.

My old wooden deck was needing replacement and I decided to use pavers to create a patio. I saw some reviews for Landecks and Darren followed up immediately and provided me with an estimate. I am so glad I chose Landecks for the work. Darren quickly removed the old deck. He was very professional and knew what he was doing in terms of landscaping and ensuring that the property was graded. He did an amazing job and many of my neighbors have been impressed with the results as well. He came in, did the job efficiently with a good number of employees and state of the art equipment. I had always contacted Graeme in the past and he was always professional and did a great job. I had a problem with mice last time and I asked him about 'guarantees' or how I could contact him if the problem did not go away. He seemed rather hesitant in answering my questions, and just told me to wait a couple weeks as he felt the problem would be resolved. I waited and the mice did not go away and things got worse. I finally called him after a month and he never returned my call. I then called him again after two weeks, and he finally called back. When I returned his call, he wasn't there so I left another message. He has not responded since. I will never call him again - so, initially I was very happy with his service, but as soon as there is a problem when he might have to come back without getting money, you don't see him. If there was an explanation for his lack of response, he should share it with his customers.
