We were referred to Built In Technology by our builder for our wiring and alarm services. As first-time buyers, we had very little experience with pre-construction details, but we were quickly put at ease with Mary's professional yet approachable demeanor. Mary walked us through all our options, clearly explaining the technical specifics in easy-to-understand terms. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and experienced in this field, and we trusted her recommendations. Equally important was her easy-going and humourous personality -- by the end of the appointment, we felt like we'd known her for a long time. All in all, we were very happy with our experience at Built In, mainly due to Mary. She went above and beyond, even staying 30 minutes past closing time to patiently answer all our questions.
