A storage box was delivered for us to move the garage contents into, the workers were on time and finished in half the expected time (1.5 days instead of 3 for a double garage). They did repairs to a spalling floor and some cracks, as well as a new flake coat. Love the new coating, it looks great and will be so much easier to keep clean.

Nice selection of paint colours available, and the paint quality seems quite good. We had some stucco that needed repairs, and that was taken care of efficiently ahead of painting. We also had them do metal cladding around our garage door which looks way better than the wood that was there. Richard met with us and the painters specifically to address some questions we had and came up with a good solution. The painters worked extremely hard (through the weekend, and 12 hour days some days), and finished our house (2 storey with walkout basement) in a week. They did a thorough job of taping, paint didn't go anywhere it wasn't supposed to, and the lines between our colours are neat. After, they were finished we noticed just a couple small areas that needed a touch up and they were over to fix them to our satisfaction quickly. If I had any issue it was the *nine* times Richard asked me to write a review. Happy to do it (as I said the first time he brought it up); no need to push. Also we had arranged to have our patio doors painted, but when it came to do it the painters told us the paint they had would not stick to them, it would peel, which was disappointing.

We had our untreated pine roof removed and replaced with lightweight concrete tile by Canmark. We found them to be professional and courteous. The roof removal was as tidy as it could be and was with a few very minor exceptions, the yard was tidied up nicely (there was snow, so it was probably hard for the guys to get every piece). The removal and installation went fairly quickly (the whole process took about two weeks on a fairly large house and with cold and sometimes snowy weather) and was not very disruptive to us. After a couple weeks we noticed sparrows trying to nest in a few spots and Canmark came back out to fill those tile ends with wire mesh. We would not hesitate to recommend Canmark.

We moved into a house where the gas fireplace did not work. Barbeques Galore came out to inspect the problem and ordered parts. Two months later we still did not have our fireplace repaired. After several weeks' phone calls to try to track down what was going on, they finally came out again... to discover the part they had gotten in was the wrong part. It took another six weeks to get the right part in and have it fixed. It does work now but it took so long, we were not thrilled with the service. The individual technicians were very tidy and professional. They also sprayed the back of the insert each time they came with heat proof black paint. However, a few weeks would go by and the paint would flake off (we did heat cure it as recommended). Now, our insert is covered in peeling black paint.

We recently had our kitchen and master bathroom gutted and replaced with a Legacy Kitchens design and cabinetry. The designer, Gavin, was wonderful - listened to all our wants and needs, gave us great suggestions, and designed a very functional and beautiful kitchen and bathroom for us. The designer and installer made every effort to get us what we wanted within budget, and even went the extra mile to get a colour we wanted on the cabinets and creating a completely custom cabinet on the fly when installing. Everything turned out wonderfully. The whole process was positive. We are very happy with our work done by Legacy Kitchens.
