This was our second time hiring Don Lee and his son Don Jr. - the first time was for our furnace 3 years ago and we were very happy with the service they provided. Once again they have proven themselves to be professional, honest, hardworking, and willing to go the extra-mile. It's hard to find such "hometown" service in a big city like Toronto, but these guys are definitely it. This summer being pregnant and enduring multiple heat-waves we finally decided to get our air conditioner (which was broken)fixed. They arrived in the morning intending to do a repair, but it quickly became apparent that the problem went deeper than that, as we had multiple line leaks and our compressor was also broken. With absolutely no pressure from them, we decided just to get the entire system replaced. They offered the best price around and installed it the same day, juggling other commitments around to accomodate us that day b/c they felt bad for this sweating pregnant lady! Despite the sweltering heat, they worked all day and went out of their way to find innovative ways to take the lines into the house so that it looked cosmetically much better than it did before. I am very happy with their service and would definitely reccomend them to anyone!
