No matter small or big job, Mario is your one window shop. He is smart and creative and delivers the quality work. He built my entire basement couple of years ago and I called him again for some small jobs. I highly recommend him, he is not only smart and well aware of the latest trends but also an honest person. He is my first point of contact for any job in my house because I trust him.

If you need to get your basement finished or renovated... Mario is the guy! We are so happy that we hired Mario for our 1600 sq ft unfinished basement which Mario and his team transformed into a dream basement apartment. Mario is an easy going guy, very friendly, professional and honest. He will do his best to go beyond your expectations, that what me and my wife have seen working with him during our basement construction. He is also flexible doing changes or even some extra work. I highly recommend Mario, you hire him and trust him, he will do his best. To me he is Mr. Perfectionist, goes into deep detailing of the work. He finished my basement with one bedroom, one gym/office, rec area, full kitchen, walk in closets, two full washrooms, closets, storage area. Also he extended two exiting windows perfectly in addition to a new egress window and many more items.

Joseph and his team did a great job. Completed the job within committed time and estimate. Very friendly and show up on the committed time. Definitely will call them again in future for similar job.

We bought a chest of drawers and were told it’s available for pick up from Brampton store, but while invoicing the sales person told us someone else bought it while he was invoicing. Then he mentioned it will be delivered August 21st from Burlington store. No call from delivery until I called them around 3pm. The sales person left a voicemail to me that delivery in the system showing August 25 but I have to double check, that was a confusing voicemail though. I called again but couldn’t reach him. No return call from him. Disappointing customer service, bad experience.

Full score, job well done. I contacted over the phone to book an appointment and was told to fill the online form and I got a 10% discount. The team came on time and was very professional, finished the job within given time and an excellent job done. I would definitely recommend Duct Cleaning Specialists.
