We had visited many top rated appliance stores in the city and weren't very impressed with the service AT ALL ! As a last resort we tried Caplans and are very happy we did. Their service was amazing, they spent several hours with us determining our needs. They gave us the best deal they could and then held the appliances for 8 months until our move in date. I have and will again, recommend them.

We continue to be impressed by Johns Carpet - they're extremely knowledgable and always happy to work with you. They never have tried to sell us their most expensive lines, and in fact, often have suggested remnants. They're always happy to give us the best deal they can, but with top notch service. John came all the way to Brooklin from Scarborough to quote us a job. I have a staging business and would happily recommend him to any client!
