Fixed a leaky joint in a copper pipe. The photos show the before and after views. Did a complimentary home inspection as well, identifying possible issues with plumbing, heating, smoke detectors, etc. but did not unduly pressure us to have them fix anything.

This crew of two informed us when they would be arriving and worked a long day to get the windows installed. When rot was found under one window, they switched to "framer mode" and rebuilt the wall, as seen in the photo. Thanks, guys!

Supreme makes great windows and we love the oak trim on the interior. The installers they used were professional and efficient. Rotted wood was found under one window and they immediately rebuilt the wall, as seen in one of the photos here.

We repainted the siding on our house and purchased the stain from Cloverdale Paint in NE Calgary. The staff in the store were helpful and patient as we struggled to determine which color to use. After a couple of visits and consultations, we chose the color and are happy with the results. The Sharkskin stain was easy to use and provides very nice coverage!

My furnace ECM fan wouldn't start without a "push" to get it turning. Called around for a replacement part. Fagnan's price was the best, and they were willing to sell the part to me directly. I dropped by their office to purchase the replacement motor and was able to do the repairs! The furnance has worked great ever since!

Supreme Windows was great to work with. The estimator very knowedgable and was willing to consider unusual window options. The cost to do all windows was beyond our current budget, so they were able to prioritize a few windows and do just those ones. Wood jambs look great and the windows are working perfectly!

We were having our house re-roofed, and decided just a week before to add a "light tube" or round skylight. We checked stores in Calgary, then contacted LightCo. They were able to ship the Solatube the next day by Greyhound bus. We picked it up two days later, and I did the installation myself soon after, as the roofing work was being done. LightCo was courteous on the phone, and quick to respond.

Done Right handled this job very well, from the initial visit and quote, to installation, to inspection, to second inspection! The price quoted was exactly what we paid in the end. Their quote was similar to others, if not a bit less. The crew working on the roof included one or two new workers, but the head roofer was quite competent and the job was done well. We installed a Solatube 10" round "skylight" for an interior bathroom, and Done Right willingly cut a hole in the roof so that I could install it while they were working, and they incorporated it into the job, doing all the exterior flashing, etc. (Had it shipped by bus from www.LightCoSolar.com in Edmonton a couple of days before.) A day after everything was done and final inspection was completed, we were surprised by another visit from another inspector. He is hired by Done Right, but doesn't know who worked on the job. He carefully inspected everything to ensure that it was done correctly. Some aspects of the job could have been better, but it was done by humans who took pride in the quality of their work, and worked extra to ensure that we were happy with the result. I couldn't expect more from anyone! So, we are pleased with the work, and don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I've been able to buy a part for an older stove and dishwasher from AP Wagner. In both cases, I had a hard time finding the part number on the internet, but in the store, they were able to quickly identify the part, and had them in stock! Their price was also among the best I could find, and with a store in Calgary I could stop in at, there was no shipping and handling fees added.
