I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company is. From the sales, to the service team. Everyone has been respectful, and educational! During the times of a pandemic, I have been very unsure about inviting people into my home to perform services. Still, I decided that the servicing of our ductless air conditioner was imperative and allowed Springhome into my home. They were so respectful, wearing masks and slippered shoes. Moving respectfully through my home and being sure not to touch too much. I felt so confident about my experience. I highly highly recommend Springhome. They won’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need, and they are experts not only in their field, but in making your experience as comfortable as possible.

Eduard came to save the day! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, calm, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had an oven that had overheated during self cleaning, and he quickly identified the issue. He agreed to source the part and provide a quote which he did within 48 hours. The only reason for the delay in that was because he made the phone call to New Zealand (!) to confirm that it wasn’t just a part I needed but rather the manufacturer had discontinued the part and insisted on an entire kit to be purchased to replace some faulty issues with our oven. Shocked at the price, Eduard advised us appropriately as we tried to decide what to do. We eventually decided to go ahead with the process and Eduard took the time to ensure that he did the job properly and thoroughly. He was incredibly neat, and very considerate, considering these unprecedented times. He came in full protective wear and we were very appreciative of his work. He is an incredibly trustworthy and diligent expert. We would highly recommend this marvelous company.

My roof was leaking in my garage. Keith and his team came to look at it and did a good job explaining what needed doing. He graciously adjusted the quote to reflect some changes and his team completed the work within 2’weeks time. Keith’s responses to texts were quick and he was extremely polite. In a city where roofers are a dime a dozen (and often not reputable) Keith was lovely to work with. Work was completed efficiently and there was enormous respect for my property. Not a plant was disturbed! Thank you Keith.

Max also cleaned our neighbors ductless a/c as well, as a last minute request. Max is great. Reliable and good at what he does! Thanks Max for another year of great work.

I called Max in a tizzy, trying to get my ductless a/c serviced (as I do every other year) as other companies I had used in the past had a 2 month wait... Max told me he could come the next day, and he kindly arranged to come at a convenient time for me (between dropping off and picking up kids!). Max was prompt, kind, and very professional - removing shoes at the door, cleaning up after he left, doing a thorough cleaning of our unit (even wiping down the unit to make it shine!). We even learned about a filter in the unit that we swear has never been cleaned!! Thank you, Max for being so wonderful. We look forward to using you in the future!

I can't believe my luck. I emailed Toronto Rug Cleaning after reading the rave reviews on Home Stars. Much to my surprise, similar to someone else, they were in my neighbourhood and within a half hour were at my door to whisk my filthy Barfy rug away. We were both skeptical as to whether it could be saved, but only 2 short days later, I had a knock on my door with the beautiful good-as-new carpet in hand. Thank you to you all! I will be a proud repeat customer.
