We had TM3 contracting do extensive electrical work to the house as well as renovating the basement of the home into a legal basement apartment. Through all steps they were professional and helpful. They helped shape a realistic budget and as issues arose from demolition and bad workmanship in the past they helped to keep the budget intact while still finishing the project.Thad and Miah are polite and courteous, they truly took our needs to heart. They were available to talk through issues whenever we needed them, even issues that were unrelated to the renovations they were doing.Their workmanship was excellent!!
