We just moved into our new home, we were surprised from an offal smell as soon as we entered the home. It turned out that the previous owners had 8 cats living inside the house. We called Alex and explained the problem, he said not to worry and that he would clean and sanitize the duct system in the house. The guys did a wonderful job cleaning, and the house smelled nice and fresh, thank you Alex for getting rid of that offal smell.

We just moved into our new house and realized there was a huge problem with the homes drain system, after turning on the washing machine for the very first time foam started coming out of the sinks, toilets, and bathtub. We were in shock. I called Cascade plumbing and spoke to Paul, he explained what the typical problems are in this kind of situation, and was in my house inspecting the problem areas within an hour.
