Our furnace started to make a very loud noise while it was running. I submitted a request through Homestars. Megacity called me back within the hour, talked through the issue and was able to send someone to look at the furnace on the weekend. Technician showed up on time, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. When we ultimately decide to replace our furnace, this exceptional and locally based company will be our first call. Would definitely recommend.

After finding a pinhole sized hole in a copper pipe that was leaking, I called Dima Plumbing. John answered and asked me to send him a picture of the problem. He was then able to fit me in that same morning and replaced a section of the old leaky pipe in under an hour. The whole process was quick, friendly, efficient, and terrific. I will gladly call Dima Plumbing if another issue arises.

After arriving back from vacation, we constantly heard scratching noises coming from the roof. We thought squirrels had gotten into the attic and called A-1. Louis came in short order, diagnosed that it was in fact a raccoon which chewed through a roof vent and was using it as a trap door. He installed a one-way trap and we have not heard the raccoon since. He also recommended other various preventative maintenance items we should consider to secure our other roof vents. Thanks Louis!
