I hired brad to put a roof on my newly constructed garage. the price was very low (in hind site, should have been a red flag). His crew showed up on the right day. That was the only thing done correctly. The roof was not prepped correctly, the seams in the membrane go the wrong way( against water flow), it is badly torched down and leaks all over the place. When called on this matter, his response was it was only a garage!!! After trying to get him to fix it, to no avail, I sued him and won( he didn't show up in court). I have yet to collect any money. His address are all fake. if anyone knows where he is, let me know.
