We had finally decided to renovate the second floor and staircase from carpet to hardwood. After months of searching for the right company, a designer friend – Susan Crema Martin (Martin Designs) - recommended Rowan Hardwood Floors of Newmarket, Ontario. From the moment we walked into the showroom and were pleasantly greeted by Laurette, we knew we had found what we were looking for. After patiently listening to all of my requests and showing us pictures of what she understood to be our wishes, we hired them to do our renovation. Richard and Kathy who installed and performed the finishing touches on the staircase/railing made my dreams come true! It was exactly what I was looking for! The hardwood flooring installers were very professional and did a wonderful job! From the moment we dealt with Derrick in scheduling the renovation and whenever I had a question or concern, he was quick to respond and solve the matter to our complete satisfaction. We will be installing hardwood on our main floor next year and will definitely go back to Rowan Hardwood.
