Kevin and crew worked on our new house and we were thrilled with the professionalism and work ethics. The old and new plastering works were seamless. So we decided to hire them again to sell our new house last minute with only 1 week notice. Kevin moved his schedule around to fit us in the schedule. The job was done in 4 days... drywalled, primed!! We are more than pleased with the final results. We sold our house over the weekend.

Elvis was on time and within the estimate that he gave us. He is very flexible and friendly to work with. Highly recommended.

We had several quotes for removing asbestos in our new old home. The quote ranged from $1200-$4500 dollars. Absbescan was one of the cheaper one. We were definitely suspcious and were a little scared after we hired them hearing about all these fraud but went with them anyways because none of the other companies followed-up with us. We are pleased and amazed with how professional the crew were and their clean-up job were impeccable. The air quality sample was cleaner than outside the house. Great job!

This company is great - the receptionist is friendly and patient, the crew are knowledgable and professional. Our rads burst and needed an emergency fixed. We called several companies We finally called Balsam Plumbing - the crew were booked solid but still came by to check on our house... they looked at all the rads and released the pressure.. went to the basement and released existing water .. they spent at least 30 minutes on the house and gave us some short term recommendations... they did all this for free.

We had problem scheduling time with Day and son. They were also hard to reach certain times. So I see why the previous rater gave them a 1 in this catergory. The quality was definitely not poor but we worked with better plumber. The price is definitely one of the cheaper quote out of the five quote we have got. I give it a 3 (a little above) average for the overall experience.

The company was unreliable and was late with both installation. Although the flooring subcontractor was good - the company representative did not have them in installing the floor on time and have poor customer services. The subcontractor they used to install our carpet was horrible. The carpet is already lifting ( we called Stain Master and they said it is an installation problem). The installer also put a hole in our wall while they were installing the carpet. The company still owe us $800.00 for repair and the garbage they left on our front porch which we asked for it three times and still have not mailed it to us (this is a year ago).

My husband recently purchased new lightings for our house - both indoor and outdoors. The price was very competitive (we saw the same items at a different location for double the price). However, the service was poor - the sales person that was with us had no clue on lighting and could not give us any suggestion. She interpreted our conversation while we were trying to tell her what we like to say "hi" to her friend, we had to stop and repeat ourselves. POOR MANOR! She did not even check to see if the lights were okay before giving to us. Basically she gave us a broken light - now we have to drive across town to return it. (all these other store we have purchased from have double checked before giving it to their clients). Although we experienced some problem with this saleperson - the store still has one of the best selection and very competitive price. We will try to avoid her next time we purchase another item from the store again.
