I purchased my california shutters from them in 2 waves. Once for the downstairs and once for the upstairs. Both times they were professional, timely during the appointments and during the installation as well. Well having a little one he decided to make some changes and warp one of the blinds. I contacted them and sent in a photo and video of what happened. I was able to bring it in and get it repaired on the spot for nothing. Fast friendly and on my way.

This is the 3rd time we have used Mags and he has proven himself to be an effective, efficient and individual. We had scheduled Mags to install a Takagi tankless water heater in our house. He came to our house and did a thorough examination as to how he would plan it to work or if it would even work at all. He showed us how he was going to do it and explained how it was going to be done. But as a homestar user, I am sure that we all know that execution of the project is what is important and this is where he shines. He came in on time and started working away and it took him 1 1/2 days vowing to finish on that second day until it was completed. He was finished in time before I was even able to make it home at 5:45! On top of that, he leaves no trace of his presence, cleaning up after himself after all of his jobs. Thank you Mags for another well earned 10 star performance!

My wife went down into the basement to store some stuff and there was water everywhere! She called Mags and he was able to come and repair it. The cheap plastic drainage value was cracked. The Y joint was cracked and he was able to take it out. More importantly he was able to remove the remaining plastic. Instead of saying "you need a new one" he went out and bought a proper metal Y joint and installed it without us having to buy a new water tank. Thanks Mags! On a secondary note, I suggest that you NEVER buy a reliance product as their items have all failed within a pathetic 1-3 year timeframe of purchasing them

I called and they were able to squeeze me in to have my house done. Urmat and his colleague taped up all the vents, drilled a hole in the duct in the basement to hook up the vacuum to. They proceeded to blast each of the vents with cleaner. While in the basement Urmat took the furnace apart and proceeded to clean it and the ducts as well. In total, they were both here for 2 1/2 hours

Replaced the air conditioner unit in our house after the last one failed. They mounted the new AC unit off the ground after running around to buy a new one. As for Paul (he is responsible for the AC division of the company.) Very reasonable costs and would recommend again.
