Very satisfied with design concept and execution from design to approvals to actual construction coordination. I have built houses before and my experience has been mixed from one firm to another. Toronto Building permits has the experience above others, construction knowledge as well approvals meeting our construction schedule with all the approvals. Always available when you call them with questions or requests for revisions, so I would definitely recommend them for any project. I see a comment below that does represent this firm makes me wonder why they made it anonymously.
