I had some loud and annoying squeaks coming from different floors of the house. Lev came over and patiently reviewed and assessed each area. He spent the time to go over in detail about the work they do. Once I decided to go ahead with it, the appointment was booked and Irene followed up with a reminder call the week of the appointment. After the job was done, there was an area that needed a touch-up. Lev was very responsive and had this taken care of within a couple days. I would recommend them.

I sought out professionalroofers.com after several neighbors in my townhouse complex had their roofs replaced by them. Fernando came over to give me a quote and took the time to explain the service and product they would install. He was not pushy and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. Once I decided to go ahead, they booked the date and arrived on time to do the work. I did run into some issues which Roberto addressed and did what needed to be done to sort it out. Overall, I believe they lived up to their name and would recommend them.

When the torsion spring on my garage door snapped, I reached out to several companies with good reviews on HomeStars. Paul was very responsive. I sent out an email asking for a quote at 10:56pm and received a response with the quote at 11:08pm the same night. Over the next day, I had more questions and Paul was patient and took the time to answer and explain. He was able to accommodate an early Saturday appointment and arrived on time. He took the time to assess the situation and explain what he was going to do. My job was a bit more difficult since the garage ceiling drywall was installed leaving little to no room to access the torsion bar and pulleys. Paul was up for the challenge and after he finished the job, he explained to me the details regarding the new torsion spring and pulley cables and how to maintain the garage door so it will last longer. Adam and his team renovated the master bathroom in our townhouse. From coming over for a look in order to provide a detailed estimate in the beginning to following through with some touch-ups, Adam was easy to work with and committed to his work. I appreciated the good communication. I was able to get in touch with him via phone call, text, or email. Also a plus is that he was very accommodating to our schedule. Likewise, his team was great as well. They took care to completely cover our carpeted bedroom floor with an adhesive plastic sheet and some boards to protect it from dust and impact. I decided to give this company a try after reading numerous positive reviews on HomeStars. I had a good experience. The Toronto Clear View website has a tool where you can get a quote based on not only the number of windows but the type of windows as well, making it easy to customize the quote. Andre did a good job of cleaning the windows and sealing the gutter. Thanks Andre and Brian
