At the height of the Calgary 2013 flood, when our home was being devastated, Pak-n-Stor was there for us to help. My original call to Pak-n-Stor, during the crisis, is what caught my attention. It was not a sales’ response, it was actually someone who wanted to know how we were doing, and how they could help. They were a caring voice during a time when chaos was happening. When I called other storage companies, I was put on hold and given the generic sales pitch. Pak-n-Stor, during that crisis helped us so much with a calm, caring response. They delivered containers immediately to our house and picked them up when asked (despite our neighborhood resembling that of a war-zone). All of our remaining belongings were stored safely (dry and damage free) for a year-and-a-half. Pak-n-Stor was so good that they even came in during non-business hours to let us peruse our belongings – they gave us the personal touch. We are grateful and appreciative, Pak-n-Stor was amazing and we highly recommend them. They care, they deliver on their promise and they listen to your needs. We are so thankful to them for their help and caring!
