Keen and his brother installed new engineered hardwood flooring in our living room and entry hallway. The work included the removal of the existing glued hardwood floor and making good the underlay. Mark's scope included new stone finish for our old concrete front stair, lifting and relaying interlocking pavers on our walkway, building a new retaining wall and connected steps in our backyard. This company is the resurrection of Vito Design Build under a new name. Please read the reviews for the original company. On first glance, the setup appears to be professional, working with proper contracts, insurance. The work quality for simple renovations can be considered acceptable but doing complex plumbing or tiling work, custom millwork turns out to be a challenge, depending on which crew or person is put on your project. We experienced significant schedule delays, deficient execution (chipped glass, peeling paint, curved wall) and an agressive attitude once the quality of work is in question. The contract fine print is worded to protect the contractor. If you elect to use this company, make sure that you hold back sufficient money to cover the cost of finishing the project should they elect to walk away.
