Great job done by Aiman. He showed up on on time, was clear about what needed to be done and took all the necessary COVID precautions. It was our first time having the ducts cleaned so he explained the whole process, showed us the before and after pictures, in addition to the videos. Would definitely work with then again in the future.

This was our second time working with Ontario Downspout, Mark had disconnected our downspout a couple of years ago. At the time, he mentioned that the roof would need some work in the future. Having a positive experience with Mark in the past, we felt comfortable working with him again on a larger project. As with our last project, Mark was very easy to get ahold of and clearly laid out everything his team was planning to do. Once the job was booked and we were able to schedule a time to get the work done, he was easy to reach whenever we had any follow up questions. On the day of the job, Mark and his team showed up exactly on time (7am) and worked until sundown. Overall the job took 4 days to complete but every night the team made sure that everything was cleaned up before they called it a day. Mark and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience getting the roof redone and siding replaced.

Mark and his partner did a great job. They arrived first thing in the morning on a Sunday, worked until past sundown just to make sure the job was done and left the site clean. Mark did a great job explaining all the work beforehand and was very responsive to any emails I sent. On the initial inspection Mark and Harvey were clear and concise about what their recommendation was for getting the job done, but ultimately there was no pressure and they left the final decision in my hands. The new eaves look great and I would definitely recommend Ontario Downspout.
