Our home in McKenzie Lake was in dire need of an exterior restoration. Richard was door to door canvassing in our area and we are thankful we were here to meet him. We set up an appointment to tour the neighborhood to see some of his finished work and some homes completed by his competition. The difference in Legacy's work as opposed to the competition was astounding. The quality of workmanship and product used on the homes were second to none. We did not have to play any games when it came to negotiating a price that was a win for both sides. Alberto and his team showed up as scheduled. The crew were efficient, hard working and a pleasure to have on our property. We had to leave on a trip during the execution phase of the project. Upon our return we noticed that the trim and eaves had been painted in the wrong colour. The rest of the job was even better than we had originally imagined. Richard was very quick to remedy the situation and the problem was fixed immediately. Richard knows his business and has a keen eye for colour choice. My Sales/Project Manager Dennis Students was phenomenal. He offered great advice on the different styles of windows we should have throughout the house. When it came to price we didn't have to play games. We received a fair price that was mutually beneficial. The windows were delivered in a timely manner. We were so impressed with the two installers who showed up. The lead installer Stan and his assistant were awesome. We have never seen two guys who worked so hard and so efficiently.
